Out of Hours Working
Your normal hours of work are those as highlighted in your Terms and Conditions of Employment.
However, there are business circumstances when the A1 Group may request you to work outside normal hours, for which payments will be made. They are:
On Call Support - This is when we ask you to be on call with your mobile telephone switched on in order to take out of hour’s business calls. This is to be authorised in advance by your Manager.
Essential Out of Hours Working - This is when we ask you to work out of hours at one of our sites or a customer site. This also is to be authorised in advance by your Manager.
Admin Out of Hours Working - This is when we ask you to work additional hours in response to business demands at key times of the year. This is also to be authorised in advance by your Manager.
