Other Employment
Your main employment is with the A1 Group (the “Company”).
We do not therefore, as a general rule, expect you to enter into employment or an arrangement, paid or otherwise with any other party, without permission from us in writing. Permission for other employment must be made as it can affect tachograph rules and regulations regarding daily and weekly rest.
You may, however, consider other forms of employment on a casual or occasional basis, but we would, on the whole, not encourage this. If we do give permission, we would obviously expect that it does not interfere in any way with your main employment and your performance and individual contribution with us.
We reserve the right to ask you to cease any other work that has an impact upon your performance at the A1 Group. If your performance does suffer in any way, this may invoke the use of our Disciplinary Policy.
